Explanation & Eligibility
Specialised Urology reserves the right to change our fees at any time.
To avoid any confusion, please contact the rooms to discuss your fee prior to your appointment. We do require payment on the day of consultation. We accept payment through a number of non-contact methods. A late cancellation fee of $30.00 is enforceable should you fail to provide at least 24hrs notice for 'no-show', cancellation or changes to your appointment.
NOTE: Please assume you will be charged the usual consultation fee unless advised otherwise.
Reduced fees and bulk bill appointments are always at the discretion of our practice and are decided on a case by case basis. Please contact the rooms to discuss your situation further should you be experiencing hardship.
Payment Methods
NOTE: We require payment for all appointments on the day of consultation. Should you not be able to pay please contact the rooms prior to your appointment to discuss further. Should you not finalise your account within the designated period you will be discharged from our care.
In Person
When your appointment specifies you attend in person, at our rooms we accept payment via cash, Eftpos or personal cheque

Post
Please make anybank or personal cheques out to Specialised Urology and post to: Suite 9, St John of God Hospital,136 Botanic Rd WARRNAMBOOL VIC 3280
Credit /Debit Card Surcharge
Please note credit/debit card surcharges do apply when paying by card. These fees are updated regularly in line with recommended cost of acceptance supplied to us by our provided.
